|Library Enhances Assistance for Job Seekers|
Cumberland County Library is proud to be partnering with New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development through a grant providing individualized job search assistance and career guidance through the newly unveiled, “New Jersey Career Connections” web site. Available to all job seekers, Career Connections can be accessed at the library or anywhere with Internet access.
The library has staff and dedicated Career Librarians trained to deliver career navigation assistance, job search assistance and to refer jobseekers to One-Stop Career Centers for further assistance, if needed. Career Connections has many planning tools and services that can help find job openings in your local area, plan a budget, craft your resume, attend Jersey Job Club workshops, and more.
